| RETENTION OF TITLE |
| Goods will remain the property of Dance Gear Direct, until paid for in full. |
| PAYMENT |
| Must be enclosed with all orders, we accept all major Credit Cards, Cheques or Postal Orders, except American Express, either by Telephone, Fax or Post. |
| PRICES |
Dance Gear Direct reserve the right to make price changes Without prior notice.
Prices will be valid for a period of 11 months from the date of issue printed on the front of this brochure. |
| DELIVERY |
Our carrier will require signature for parcel, if you are unavailable they normally leave a card and will attempt to deliver the following day, after the third attempt the parcel is returned back to us, Dance Gear Direct will not be liable for re-delivery. If there is a possibility that you may not be available at the time of delivery, please advise our sales team of an alternative
delivery address. |
| BACK ORDERS |
| We endeavour to deliver all orders placed with the company within 30 days of receiving the order. If goods are not in stock they will be placed on back order and despatched when available within this period. Should the delivery of goods not be possible within this period the company will contact the customer to offer a full refund if paid for. |
| EXCHANGES |
Return items for a refund, and re order in the normal way (i.e. Telephone, fax, letter or e-mail)
Returned items will only be accepted within the 7 day time period, provided they are in there original unmarked packaging. If refund of postage is applicable, only second class post and Recorded Delivery rates will be considered.
Please include the Invoice Number on which goods were purchased and your name and address.
We also advise customers to use Recorded Delivery, as we cannot accept responsibility for parcels mislaid. Please do not include any other correspondence or orders with returns as this often results in delays. |
| CANCELLATION RIGHTS |
- Under the Distance Selling Regulations consumers have a cooling off period of 7 days beginning on the day after they receive the goods to cancel their contract with the company
- Notice of cancellation must be received by the company in writing at the address printed
- The company reserves the right to charge £5.00 for any returns made within this cancellation period for goods which conform to the contract and which satisfy the implied terms contained under the Sale of Goods Act 1979. This charge will cover the direct cost
- Goods which do not conform with the contract or the implied terms contained within the
